When I was teen, I was lucky to have most of my teeth come in and most of them came in straight. There was this one tooth in front, the one on top just left of the front two teeth, was sticking out at a 45 degree angle. At that time, my only choices was braces or a retainer. From there, you will receive your custom Aligners and based on your customized treatment plan, a series of molds will be created as the teeth slowly move into the proper position.
